Liberty Science Center: Rubik’s Cube and Daniel Tiger
The Liberty Science Center is only a short drive away, and it’s also within walking distance from the Liberty State Park light rail stop.
This weekend is the last of the popular LSC exhibition Beyond the Rubik’s Cube, closed on Sunday. It has been described as “the world’s first museum exhibit dedicated to the Rubik’s Cube puzzle. Discover games, puzzles, history, art and engineering.” The exhibit is an addition to the regular admission price, and young children can use foam blocks to make their own cube. For the youngest, the Daniel Tiger’s neighborhood the exhibition continues until mid-May.

Where is the cinema?
Hoboken’s Bow Tie Cinemas on 14th Street recently removed their posters from outside the theater and noted on their website that they were temporarily closed. However, they do offer private movie screenings for up to 20 guests starting at $ 99.
Patch has contacted to find out when they will reopen and will release an update when received.

Sunday: Main Street Pops returns
Stroll through the upscale neighborhoods under the 14th Street overpass on Sunday for the monthly payment of the Main street pops local craft market. From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. you can browse and purchase snacks, arts, crafts, household items, personal care products.
Favorite local musician Dave Lambert will be on site for part of the day playing tunes for children and adults.
And nearby, you can always head to local kid-friendly businesses (Bwe, Little City Books, the new Fruiti Fi juice bar), and try out the outdoor fitness equipment under the overpass.

Checklist for parents: two drop-off events in Hoboken!
After a year without leaving the caretakers and other helpers in the house, the parents are tired.
That’s why we will include places and events where parents can take a break or a little pampering for mom and dad.
This week’s tip: Two Fridays in April, MyGym in Hoboken offers two parent evenings where parents can drop their kids off for dinner and play for three hours at $ 45 per child. Children must be between 3 and 10 years old and must be clean.
