Iowa Irish Fest 2022 expects huge crowds with expanded family activities | New

The Iowa Irish Fest returns to downtown Waterloo on August 5, 6 and 7 and seems to be the best festival yet.

Iowa Irish Fest Manager Chad Shipman and longtime volunteer Shaylin Girsch, Jameson’s General Manager, take the time to talk about all things happening for this year’s Iowa Irish Fest in the edition of this week from The Steele Report.

As always, volunteers are needed. Volunteers enter for free, and you can volunteer on the main Iowa Irish Fest webpage. Volunteer

Planning has been underway for 17 years, with 2020 the only hitch in the annual festivities when the event had to be canceled due to Covid.
