Oktoberfest at Morey’s Pier features live music, German beer, and family-friendly activities in Wildwood, New Jersey



Morey’s Pier in Wildwood, New Jersey, hosts four consecutive weekends of Oktoberfest festivities this fall.

The festivities at the seaside amusement park begin on Friday, September 17 at 5:45 p.m. with a Warsteinier beer keging ceremony at the Oktoberfest hub, Bier Garten by Wilhelm.

The Germany-themed entertainment will take place over four weekends: September 17-19, September 24-26, October 1-3, and October 8-10.

Morey’s Piers Oktoberfest will take place 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday evening, noon to 11 p.m. on Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday.

There will be German draft beer, as well as local and national imports and wine. Visitors can eat German dishes like Bavarian pretzels, roast chicken, bratwurst, and knockwurst on a pretzel roll. Jumbo’s Grub and Pub will serve Bavarian pretzels, bratwurst, German potato salad and cutlets.

Kids can go to the RootBier Garten near the Wave Swinger for activities like decorating pumpkins. Bracelets for children 12 and under will earn them a free souvenir cup of root beer.

You can watch bands perform on the Coca-Cola Stage at Mariner’s Pier near the Giant Wheel during Oktoberfest weekends. The performances will take place on Fridays from 6.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m., Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and again from 6.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Oktoberfest bracelets are available for purchase in line now until Sunday October 10 from $ 29. The price is $ 44 at the door.
